Friendly Service. Carrows is just what they advertise. Every time I've gone in there, I get a decent meal for a decent price. It's not the place to go if you're expecting white tablecloths and tuxedoed waiters, but if you want friendly service and a decent meal, this is the place.

Go somewhere else. I'll try and be as positive as possible. If you see their prime rib commercials don't expect the steaks to look anything like the ads. You might be able to get a couple of bites of meat out of the cut but most of it is fat. This was true on both cuts that my wife and I ordered. Breakfast is ok but be prepared to wait a while for the food. As far as dinner goes I would recommend some place else.
