If you like Getto! They Got it!

This bridal shop is near my mothers house so I decided to give them the first shot in seeing if they can provide me with my wedding dress and also to see if they can make my brides maid dresses.
The building is dirty. When you walk in, there is dust everywhere, its crowded... they can’t even keep there merchandise maintained because it’s all crammed together. They kept me waiting for more than half and hour. Was never greeted... and I was the only one in the shop! When I finally got fed up and asked to please be helped and told them exactly what I needed they gave me a stack of catalogs to look through and left me. They were not helpful at all. Once they came back I showed them the print outs of the brides maid dress I wanted to get maid I gave them exact detail of what I wanted. They took the printout and didn’t come back till another half hour. To tell me that they can’t help me at the moment and to come back later! I waited more than 2hour! It was all a waist of time Never again will I ever go there! Yes there prices are very cheep but what you get is no good! Now that I have told people of my experience I here more and more negative stories about casa Blanca. You world think that family honed businesses are friendly and helpful but the women in this business don’t show it at all!

HORRIBLE! They sold my dress.

It was the worse experience of my life. Your wedding should be the most special day of your life and they ruined it in seconds flat. I was in a bit of a rush and decided to buy a dress that I had found there simply because it was the one I wanted but it cost less. I was pretty disgusted by the place to begin with but bought the dress anyways. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I paid for my dress in full but left it there so it could get alterations. I went to pick up my dress and they told me "sorry, we sold your dress" 2 days before my wedding. I was devastated. How the hell can they sell my dress!?!?!? Either someone offered them more for it and they decided to give it to them or they are simply the most irresponsible and unorganized group of people I have ever had to deal with. Either way, they are horrible. They offered to give me another dress at a sort of discount but when you go in there, all the dresses are squeezed together, it is impossible to see them. Not only that, they are sticky to the touch. They don't take care of their stuff. It feels oily or something. My advice is to spend the extra hundred dollars and buy the dress from somewhere a little more professional. You don't want your dress to get sold or have yellow spots on it. I've heard many horror stories from them. Just steer clear. Your wedding day should be special.

Great Family atmostphere!!!

I was looking for a specific wedding dress and had found that Casa Blanca in Santa Maria had the dress. I called and made an appointment, which you really don't have to. I was surprised by the size of the location, but was very delighted by Maria and Chui which made me feel like I was with my mom and sister while I was trying on the wedding dresses. Maria is a delight as well as Chui. I highly recommend this bridal store. They have all of the top dresses at very reasonable prices and their service is incredible!!
