Expert teaching. For the last 12 years I have had severe low back pain which was not alleviated by many different moadalities. After just a few sessions at La Playa I am pain free and have greatly incresed my strength and flexibility!

Great Facility, Best Massages, Facials & Pilates. This is a great facility, top notch equipments, trainers and treatment specialists. I have gone there several times and worked with Coleen, Meridith, Erica and Kristen to see if all of them are good. They impressed me a lot, they know how each muscle works and guided me throughout the session and felt amazing the following day. I also received massages from Dante whom has an amazing technique, touch and helped ride of my back and neck pain.
