Big Dog Parade. The best thing in Santa Barbara, outside of the Fiesta, was the BIG DOG PARADE! What can we do to bring that back? Raise the entry fees? OK The whole town and Ventura County came out for that and enjoyed it. That was the best advertising for Big Dog that could happen. Try to make that happen again.
